Before you schedule, please note:

  • These session are supportive, reflective and practical.

  • This is not therapy and not a replacement for mental health treatment.

  • This is not crisis support.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency number right away.

Who is this for?

This is for you if:

  • A meaningful date is approaching and you don’t want to go through it alone

  • You feel emotionally blindsided by certain dates each year

  • You want permission, tools, and a plan—not pressure

  • You’re carrying grief that doesn’t fit neatly into a “holiday” box

What You Can Bring to the Session

Helpful (not required):

  • The date(s) you want support around

  • A few sentences about what the date represents

  • Anything you’ve noticed (mood shifts, triggers, family dynamics, expectations)

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling & Cancellation:
Life happens. You may reschedule up to
24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
